3. Creator-selected video content

DUYSER Creator is intended for content that the user owns or is authorized to publish. A selected video is processed only after the user chooses it and expressly confirms publishing. When a connected platform requires the file, the video is transmitted for the purpose of completing that user-requested publishing action.

4. Authorization credentials

Authorization credentials are used only to perform actions approved by the user. We do not sell access tokens or use them to publish content without the user's requested action. Credentials should be protected using appropriate technical controls and removed or invalidated when they are no longer required or when the user disconnects the integration.

5. Sharing of information

We do not sell personal information. Information may be transmitted to the connected platform when necessary to provide a feature you request. We may also disclose information when required by applicable law or when reasonably necessary to protect the security and integrity of the service.

6. Retention

9. Third-party services

Connected platforms operate under their own terms and privacy policies. DUYSER Creator does not control those third-party services. Users should review the applicable third-party terms before connecting an account or publishing content.

10. Children's privacy

DUYSER Creator is not intended for children under the minimum age required to use the connected services. We do not knowingly design the service to collect information from children in violation of applicable law.
